As- Salat

 As-Salat:- As-Salat is an Arabic word which in Bengali means dua, prayer, but in technical terms it means praise, meet, prayer for forgiveness, request for forgiveness, request for help in distress, sustenance, etc.

Pillars of salat Shariat:- Salat is the second of the five pillars of Islam and it is a physical act of worship and it is a very important act of worship so that it dose not take much time. it requires only a clean body and loyal mind.

Salat is praise:- Salat is praiseworthy act of worship  because it praises Allah Almighty alone and when a person is well, he is satisfied mentally, physically, socially or in some other way, then his prayer become full praise because he prays in gratitude by.

Salat is obedience:- Salat is obedience because perfect person, knowingly or unknowingly, relies only on faith and bows down to another person, that is to prostrate before Allah.

Salat is the prayer of forgiveness:-Salat is a means of asking for forgiveness because through it the subordinates seek forgiveness from their superiors in the most humble manner.

Salat is the art of praying for help in times of danger:-Subordinates bow down to there lord in times of danger and prostrate in remembrance of his danger.

Salat is the application of sustenance:-  Salat is the application of sustenance because the supplication that is recited in the prayer is an application for sustenance and it is said in the language of Shari'ah  that standing in the prayer at dawn gives easy availability of sustenance.

how to keep the body healthy:-Salat involves physical exertion and it use some innovative methods exercise so that the physical complications are removed and the body stays  healthy.

  Spiritual benefits of Salat:- Praying regularly ensures cleanliness of the body and peace of mind comes when the body is clean.

Purity of Salat is required:-Just as Salat requires physical purity as well as mental purity the point is that it is better not to go to this holy work by eating illegally earned food because illegally earned food or clothes are unclean and the first and foremost condition of Salat is physical and mental purity. it is a great act of worship to purity oneself before praying
